Hey all. I go by many names in internet land, but here for the ever so awesome insanejournal you may call me Moxie. I'm 24 and a huge cartoon fanatic. Anime, domestic and any old cartoons that give me a sense of nostalgia.

I enjoy writing, art, modern philosophy, HTML and graphics design, reading and all of the normal boring things people do. My music taste is very wide. My CD collection is full of country, pop, classical, opera, japanese, adult contemporary, rock and easy listening. Some of my favorite artists are Maroon 5, Darren Hayes/Savage Garden, Blackmore's Night, Garth Brooks, Train, Stevie Wonder, Evanescence, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Norah Jones. I originally signed up for this service to have a writing journal. I'm trying everything to get back into the habit of writing again. All writings will be set to private. My writings are for my benefit only. Sorry, but that's how it is.

Since I did pay for a permanent account I'm going to try and mirror this journal with my regular journal. I may also attempt to post icons from time to time.

You're more than welcome to friend me. I'm an amazingly boring and absent-minded person and I'll likely forget that this journal exists sometimes. Just remember that internet drama is pointless to me and I want to to stay out of my journal. My opinions are my opinions. I don't speak my mind very often, but I do expect that my views are respected. LOVE AND PEACE. If you do decide to add me as a friend please see that we have some stuff in common. my layout {extended}

The layout I'm currently using is an s2 design that I coded myself (no overrides or layer transfers). The only portions that I coded are for the recent/friends page. Calendar, entry, comment and reply pages have not been coded into my layout as I find them unnecessary to my immediate needs.

Graphics found on my journal pages were made, edited, or designed/arranged by me. That being said, please don't take them. I honestly don't think anyone here would, but it never hurts to make the comment.

The subject featured in my header graphic was not originally drawn by me. The original image can be found HERE. I don't know who drew it so I can't give credit. I did, however, vector the image. Brushes I used are from HERE , HERE and HERE. Images seen in icons or mood themes were screen capped by me unless specifically stated otherwise.
